Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 2mecho music streaming and recommendation platform (“Service”) operated by 2mecho LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all users of the Service and govern access to streaming, recommendations, and related features. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2mecho may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If required by applicable law, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
- 3. Account and Personal Use: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- The subscription is intended for individual, personal use only. Simultaneous playback on multiple devices with the same account is prohibited.
- 2mecho may monitor concurrent sessions and limit or suspend playback.
3 4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for unused time, partial periods, or service interruptions. For subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights required under applicable law.
Unauthorized Charges and Account Takeovers: If you believe your account has been compromised or you see unauthorized charges, contact our customer support by email or online chat. We will investigate promptly. If we confirm unauthorized transactions, we will issue a full refund for the affected billing period. Each case is reviewed individually in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Apple In-App Purchase
Refunds for iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple, and subscription management must be completed through Apple’s systems.
4 5. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
All music, audio recordings, metadata, user interface graphics, and other content on the Service are owned by or licensed to 2mecho. This includes music generated using proprietary AI systems and datasets owned or controlled by 2mecho. All rights are reserved.
6. License and Restrictions: 2mecho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use may be permitted only under a separate written license agreement issued by 2mecho.
You may not:
- a) Download or store audio files except where expressly permitted by the Service;
- b) Copy, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works;
- c) Use content for commercial purposes;
- d) Extract data, scrape content, or use content to train other AI systems without express written permission.
7. Content Mining and API Abuse: You may not access, extract, scrape, or use automated means to collect or use any content from the Service for any purpose, including training artificial intelligence models or creating datasets without written authorization.
8. Disclaimers: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 2mecho does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2mecho LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute arising out of these Terms may be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
11. Changes to Terms: 2mecho may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
